updates just to let you know where we're at and what we're doing there are a couple of reports that will be coming from our last session though they were quite ready for tonight but they will be where things are at today the next morning we between spend time developing a desire daily experience draft that is for students families and staff so we had conducted numerous focus groups almost 80 587 students and statements we turned around pretty quickly to all families and staff at a really good response 187 family responses and 71 staff responses and so we got that dated back and actually the team use that today to revise the desired daily experiences the good news is the word a lottery Visions on said that are focus groups are really good I test I'm cases for developing of the draft so we have a desire daily experience draft that is a foundational component of our plan as I shared last time with you we will use that for several things one thing we did today that we did last week 3 of action and that's where we look at the desired at experiences they what are the behaviors and the beliefs and the action you let me to happen to be able to achieve the desired initiatives not work but it's more like what is our beliefs what do we need to to I believe in and act apply and then this morning we actually kicked off with a school and Department iced drinks and need such as well together into the planning part so we do a lot of work setting the table before we even get to the plan on July 11th we come back and do the vision card which is how we will measure this and see what progress you're making and then we dive into the operational plan which is that worth the initiative how What specifically do we have to do it's deliver this over 3 years can I get to the shared with you a few weeks ago that is a very important tool the administration will use for planning for budgeting for Staffing as well as communicating in the work that's happening and then we'll do one more refinement so we'll have all of that information that you two will also get because August August 8th I'm back with you at the school board and we will do your strategic roadmap so take a look at Mission Vision and core values and see how well that is aligned and if we have to make any revision all in light of the Management's work of the operational plan and then also talk about a three-year government's plan so what's the school board worth over three years to go in tandem with the operational plan to make sure this thing is implementable we can get an X-Men August 8th so that's where we're at verbal updated anyway any questions or is it really another a good day was there long they get they get long but I thought it was good we should be your role in what happened and you were in no we don't want to do this but we came back and question answers and I can be quite entertaining for 3 hours to self like I said very asking to hear from that point and great information that I took away with it I should mention to that after the 8th we will send the roadmap out to your everyone again to get feedback will bring that feedback back to the board on your Mission Vision core values and then ask you to act upon that once we make our final revisions at that point you have a draft plan so when the board acts I think it's the 15th we got to Slater right now that will be your plan and there's a couple of pieces that we do after the fact to help support the plan couple with the board and then one more session Excel and I working at and other leaders are so again what this is all about putting a system of planning and placed not just developing a plant so good news is that this will be updated annually it'll be can you use as you move forward I hope the last time you go
