Online Tip Reporting

The PCM Community School District is dedicated to ensuring a secure environment for our students and staff. Collaboration among school staff, students, parents, and community members is essential in preventing and addressing school violence. We all play a role in maintaining a safe and orderly atmosphere. To facilitate this, the PCM District has established an online reporting link to enable students, parents, and community members to confidentially report past, present, and potential crimes and threats within our school community.

Please note that this is NOT an emergency reporting system. In urgent situations, dial 911 immediately. Reported tips may not be addressed immediately; if there is an immediate threat to someone's life, please call 911 immediately.

The reporting system is designed to be anonymous, and we will not follow up unless you provide your name and contact information. All reports are treated as confidential, and your identity will only be disclosed if you choose to share your contact details. Once a tip is submitted, relevant personnel will be notified, review the information, and take appropriate action. It's important to reiterate that this is not an emergency reporting system, and emergencies or immediate threats should be reported directly to 911.

This reporting system does not replace direct contact with school administration. Please reach out to any school building or the district office for concerns or issues. If you have questions about the online TIP notification system, contact Dr. Michelle Havenstrite at 515-994-8222, ext 7781.

Together, we can work to prevent school crises before they occur!
