DATE DUE: 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 19th. (Bids will be reviewed at the 7:00 p.m. during the Board Meeting on Monday, Mar. 22nd, 2021.)
SUBMISSION: All bids should be emailed to [email protected] no later than 3/19/2021. Bids may also be mailed to Lisa Stewart, PO Box 490, Prairie City, IA 50228.
SPECIFICATIONS: Lawn Care Services for the 21 and 22 growing season. This will include lawn mowing and trim work on the school grounds in Monroe and Prairie City. Minimum of 2 year bid required, but with option to also provide a 3 year bid will be considered if submitted. This will need to be 2 separate bids.
Service providers are welcome to submit a bid for the entire district or for a specific campus only. For example, if a lawn care provider would like to submit a bid proposal for the school grounds in Prairie City only, this is permissible.
Timeline for project completion: This bid proposal shall be for both the 2021 and 2022 growing seasons, with an option to provide a 3 year bid option. This will need to be in 2 separate bids.
