PCM Portrait of a Graduate
At PCM, we believe that preparing students for life beyond the classroom means more than academic achievement—it means
developing the whole person. Our Portrait of a Graduate outlines the key traits we want every Mustang to carry with them when they leave our halls and step into the world.
These traits—Innovation, Citizenship, Ethics, Leadership, and Emotional Intelligence—were thoughtfully identified by PCM staff, families, and community members during our School Improvement Advisory Committee meetings. They reflect the shared values of our district and the broader community.
But this isn’t just a vision for the future—it’s happening now. These traits are being actively taught, modeled, and nurtured in all of our buildings, every day. From elementary classrooms to high school leadership opportunities, students are already developing the skills and character they’ll need to thrive in college, careers, and life. This video showcases how our students are already embodying the traits outlined in our Portrait of a Graduate.
The Portrait of a Graduate is our commitment to ensuring that PCM students are not only ready for what's next—they're ready to lead it.
