All right he will call the regular board meetings order now call right angle need a motion to approve Linda Sam Johnson my name is Ann Johnson I have lived in District since 2003 to my to have out of my three kids graduated from TCM I've watched many board meetings online and attended the numbers word meetings online because I believe that a strong school also with filled drunk Kennedy the last few meetings I have listened to the concerns expressed by parents and teachers and teachers who are parents and many of these concerns have ended up feeling as though the tone is best Bob because it's at the last meeting in particular the speaker stated that the board was not supporting their administrative team because an elementary principal chose to leave one speaker stated that they are experts and there by the follow me and I found the comments to be disrespectful to the board and to anyone who might hold a different opinion than they do I only the role of the school board is not to be a bunch of yes people were this Administration are for any of this I believe the board speaks for me and for all residents of the district they are not experts but they are the ones who ultimately make the decision for the district and their pie after a teacher administrator decides to leave the toaster I'll still be here and they are ultimately the ones who answer to the voters furthermore I would counter that all interested parties and education in our district including community members teachers administrators Lunch Ladies bus drivers boards is Sprite better for us to aim at last US forces them attitude and adopt a more collaborative tone words matter use them carefully thank you my name is Thompson. hinder progress you continue to disregard and act on the solid work at this and racing team and teachers for district fire and drive for student growth and success that is unmatched her teachers have validated that over and over mrs. beatings I appreciate y'all see any work and compassion you brought to the district you'll be extremely difficult to replace School Board you should be embarrassed and ashamed you are losing we are losing an amazing administrator and teachers who are difference-makers number to unprepared and unprofessional that chair you sit in comes with much responsibility and should be handled in a professional manner and this board short tenure I've witnessed the fall members not reading all materials prior to meeting remember taking a phone call during an official meeting a member who barely says two words during meetings it has been on the board for years a member who rolls their eyes when others are speaking as foxes and their chair side conversations with others are talk you wanted that fee so seriously and do the job and sign up for number 3 overstepping Your Role to my knowledge not want to be sitting here is a current full-time educator yet you refuse to listen to those who are her the PCM webpage you are to establish policies that govern operations of the PCM Community School District and provide to the operations of the district ran for 30 store thank you good evening my name's Cathy Cannon I'm a parent of young children and Young Elementary School and also a business owner and the community I don't have a few minutes so quickly to the teachers in ministration I hope you all know how much is support and appreciate you Facebook Austin how much I support public schools and everything that you're doing but for my few minutes tonight I would like to take the time to thank the school board for the dedication and time that you are putting in throughout the year I know it pulled you away from your own jobs and businesses play some other commitments of her a lot of frustrations and controversies voice recently and I can only imagine at that also weighs on you as well to start thank you I'm sure you're all doing your very best and your intentions are in the right place which is a positive factor in the next 2. question that I bring to the board tonight I've learned long ago I was a parent and a business owner that you're never going to make everyone happy at the same time it just doesn't happen but when you but what you can do is look at PCM Community as such a Holcomb not individual town and use the data research and experience that you've gained by being in the schools shadowing teachers and classrooms in all of the school building to make sure to make the vision plan and direction that you feel is the best approach and then roll it out decisions are being made right now six weeks before school is out for the year and after parents have been asked to enroll their children for next year causing the community and staff to feel extremely uncomfortable with the unknown of the very near future for themselves and their students this isn't a pressure that is necessary I could easily be lessened by having these decisions already made earlier in the school next year do my challenge to the school board is to be able to answer these questions amongst yourself tonight and come to a decision and future direction for the PCM school district as a whole that is your best Direction given the information that you already have number what it is my assumption based on the vision that was discussed a couple of years ago and I believe but you believe you still need the first answer for certain is great alignment field of vision for PCM school district number 2 based on the Assumption of that being yes what is the end goal of grain and wine look like 40cm school district for all good grades in school campuses number 3 what all schools campus for modeling needs to occur to fully meet this and bull number for how many years will it take to fully roll out this plan and how in these high-level action item be broken up into these years to ensure that we meet your end goal and number 5 finally how can this be planned out and accomplished to cause the least amount of transition for students in the most efficient use of our resources over these years to come and some reason clusion I really just would like to see from all of you who I know have the best intentions at heart to give guidance and provide direction to the school and consider the school commute has one Community not different communities that are fighting against each other so please just provide a plan and direction for the future years so everybody knows and can plan for what your roll out looks like thank you very much good evening my name is Tiffany Miller and I currently serve as a first grade teacher at Party City Elementary school district for 17 years and I've seen many changes for the district I am also as parents within the peace and serenity I was able to listen to this and I spoke too many things happening in our elementary school play all the positive thing and impact our principal mrs. heating has made taking steps in the right direction for students in school without long-term vision of one Elementary in mind she has helped us build quite a strong spell poultry culture for both our staff and soon and we're ever so grateful for that I was apart of the peace and Elementary Visions movie when these topics as one Elementary that will for the future Amstaff has not changed we started with 4th and 5th grade and we've proven this is successful change without a former testing Source we want to continue this got to be all together Under One Roof and quickly in a few months to Justin kc-135 it would be taking a step back from this Vision as ATC on security number I've also heard from this from people in the community to asking why behind it and also what is the vision in the long run diplomatic our leader me for a both Elementary what you're going to hear tonight we are having is big on having older students being leaders and role model for young students I'm concerned as a teacher and as a parent with moving to K2 and 35 this program will suffer and put them in this without having that Mexico during younger students we are amusing Joseph leadership skills which is occurring from learning from one another and growing as lead didn't drop both buildings participated many things to learn these skills I've also heard from several community members just how much they have loved and appreciated what is are involved with our buildings and vision Weedeater elementary students to begin with the end in mind in our leader in me program if we are unsure of our end result how come we know all the steps to get there because of these changes Insanity we are seeing more and more teachers and staff members that are leaving PC especially in our elementary this is a concern because I know working with all these teachers day after day we have quite a strong team we love her who's the other taking on all the initiative bonus hargrove's educators many others burnout is not occurring because of these things we do at school within this team we do quick changes that are being proposed without knowing the exact it hasn't been easy knowing what will happen next I'm very saddened that due to these things were slowly losing amazing teachers that just want to teach and make an impact at this  I truly supports the vision our school committee and administrators had presented and put together the past few years and I appreciate them also braiding with all the staff for this proposed Vision we want to be together Under One Roof as an element now it where we want alignment and it's inefficient use of our kids time on bus other drawbacks I don't worry those details again however in general then certainly the current proposed k235 model doesn't pass the elephant room is the proposed by I could see that great alignment might work well as the bond passes and our facilities allow elementary students in one building that they can be directly bus to come over if this pain doesn't pass which is a realistic possibility I don't believe we can have an effective plan if we Institute this form of great on Mose I would ask the board and other citizens do we really want to commit to this half-measure at235 alignment before knowing that if we line breaks first as proposed in the Bible doesn't pass we are stuck in this situation that is very disadvantageous to her
