SCHOOL SAFETY ONLINE TIP REPORTING

The PCM Community School District is committed to providing a safe environment for our students and staff.  A strong partnership between school staff, students, parents, and community members is necessary to help prevent and combat school violence.  We all share the responsibility for a safe and orderly environment. The PCM District has created an online notification link designed to support students, parents, and community members anonymously report past, present, and predicted crimes and potential threats in our school community.

This is NOT an emergency reporting system. If this is an urgent matter, dial 911 immediately.
The reported tip may not be viewed or acted upon immediately. If there is an immediate threat to the life of another person, immediately dial 911.

PCM District is offering this reporting system anonymously. We will not follow-up with you unless we have your name and a way to contact you be either phone or email.

All reports are confidential, and your name will only be shared if you provide contact information. Once a TIP has been submitted appropriate personnel will receive a notification, review the information provided, and work to take appropriate actions. Please note, this is NOT an emergency reporting system.  Emergencies and immediate threats need to be reported to 911.

This system is NOT intended to replace direct contact with school administration. Please contact any school building or the district office with any issues or concerns you may have.

If you have any questions about the use of this online TIP notification system, contact Dr. Michelle Havenstrite at 515-994-8222, ext 7781

Together, we can help stop school crisis before they happen!
