good news I want to start a huge shout out to our outstanding directors and administrators they have worked so hard everybody including all the things that they've done but stopping to be high on Communications apparently not know what's going on I don't know what to get information or haven't gotten an email that we never had here before but I want everything for parents that are new and I never corned beef in this year so that was very helpful to me February or March 61 new students with the last Channel that I did that a while ago and he had five over the weekend so I don't know what that means but we have kids moving in and out but it's ever evolving Christmas Susan said her students on restorative I don't remember when they presented to our board they have not been selected by Fai and we just got notice they were collected by the best which is a conference that highlights of best practices across our state and today those the RJ team so it's been a great leadership wonderful implementation High School our facilities if you have a chance to walk around particularly down around the gym area Rusty and his team have been working so hard all summer July one just Shannon retired and so he's not been able to fill out I want to work on Rusty and his efforts just really need to be highlighted that I did tell everybody in that area joke wasn't really doing some of our working family so we're really proud of Tokarev another certified bus drivers so that they highlight for us the new freezer we talked about that Erin's been doing a ton of onboarding and helping her staff of training would have been particularly the legislative changes require legislative bang bang bang it's been a challenge there or cybersecurity I don't know if you've got any of those things coming out and we haven't used it yet or a pay you back but heard anything yet about people not really liking it is very different than what we used so I can attest that it's taking me a little bit to get used to be able to prove that the last meeting and on the job but you working tirelessly to get everything caught up so that hopefully very soon we can have a whole update and so I'm really excited about the improved processes that we're bringing it with her and get that back that's my shout out entire administrative Team part for me to put on on this report to you how hard they have not been working thank you everybody Bangla question, it was a meeting that I was not at and I know I just talked to Ryan about that but those really needs to be I don't know when the next meeting so that everyone will make note of their body so was that worth going to bad and you know it was another thing to remember thank you any more questions I actually think it's something that nothing other than a 30-minute just like rumor set reminder key reminder and maybe ensure all new board members have that training the more training whether that is D or if they have some training I I've done lots of meetings and I picked up a few things that I was head of the train it's important just knew where the Iowa all the highwomen when was the guy from Minnesota becomes I was just better knowing Oliver I was a little better and got super sharp I don't think it's a good it would be a good refresher or work session to have once a year just as a I think it's worth the investment and it doesn't have to be when I first got on the board been on for the probably been on for 2 months or 3 months I got to this summer may just be probably August and I went to one and I think it was down in Bloomfield and I went to 101 and I went to 301 because we've done a lot of stuff and finance I knew what they were talking about so the more their stuff that I hadn't learned what I had contacts or what it was about so you don't know what you don't know when you have an endometrial meeting I think I came away with that don't hit reply all maybe even more and now I feel like I mean and I'm just like but I also think I have bees work going to because you can see it's big really big the opening ceremonies are out her really cool after really cool with the I was banned from where were they from they were big we were very fortunate to have the softball field able to be fixed quickly and at a minimal cost however the baseball field was in much worse shape so this is something I personally feel like it's a thank you for our students playing on the surface it needs attention I put in there that yes 40 Master planning team would like to take a look at a comprehensive directions to the baseball field that would include light concrete for handicapped accessibility scoreboard we are asking the company that could do the baseball field resurfacing is available at the end of September and approved by anybody needs to start the season question is can we afford a horse but put down below and I put the documentation on 8:15 I received our stay there that I received there for you so what's up Iowa be a separate class of additional graduation requirements financial literacy so if you look at the policy that we have up there financial literacy is 6 credits in the past it was 6 credit financial literacy + 7 credit financial literacy required by state in the core content standards be embedded into different wherever the classes fall but it no longer has to be a standalone credit for graduation PJ masks keeping in a class and it's part of the math part of the mathematics instead of somewhere else and then the other one in time so I just want to make sure I get it straight so Give me this job here tonight my mom and said that about eight years now and so I looked at the school last 7 years sixth grade math at West Hancock and girlfriend looking forward to seeing one welcome preschool learning Jill writer Samantha kossman and Kenzie Lankan and super excited to have all three of them and let them tell you a little bit about themselves right one of them told me that they had a family stay there from Carlisle A Different World Time Preschool I bursted from Early Childhood experiences preschool in Minneapolis I was at home with my four boys for quite a few years and then decided to get back and I would spend two years until our and then last year with a little one I just graduated from Central College I'm originally from Indianola Iowa where I went to stop bee swarm the tiny little town first year so cute Cheba Hut this is my seventh year teaching for the last 6 years teaching preschool and my husband got a job are moving instruction and I really liked the commitment I'm originally from the morning graduated from Hoover and then graduated from Simpson hours early childhood and our teachers and then we have a will be teaching second grade and fifth grade science and technology I'm on a bike I'm originally from Brooklyn Iowa and I will have the opportunity to do student prequel last semester so unfortunate as to have about half of my class I have had to think so have them this year. This is my first year and support has been awesome so thank you everybody from there with my bachelor's and yeah I'm also a first-year teacher and just so excited to be a part of it went to school in Upper Iowa worried about my husband and 5 years going towards the family in the area so that's what really brought me here nothing was in the rain for 45 years so I believe you're all the way over there but I'm excited to be back closer to support system in my first year teaching I graduated high school from Webster high school and 2019 and I run to you and I were yours and graduated this past May everybody in the community has been super into me and asked me for help everything I'm asking something else I went to work or College. just people in your last question. it's been a long day coming out anything else thank you thank you for coming
