Is that what that thing that we use to help offset cost of things. immigrant business items discussion items and so this is actually our sky when it was putting together it will be sent out to the community is this a good way to share I need at the Gathering Place once a month and so that it'll be taking there but I also included in the report so you could come here and so is the enrollments done if you open that up and you looked at it the enrollments got a little caveat that this is a ton of different because until we do that count in October are Romans going to be bouncing around a little bit so we're not going to run a pretty the mail these out to all of Arkansas until after we have accurate enrollment towns and that will actually be in October but this is a pretty close to draft of the annual report and I think Leslie or editing that for us if you could bring some of your coming so that we can hopefully have some clarity but the plan is to do this every year so our constituents know just kind of what things have been happening and the speed comparison see what I wrote it looks like our staffing looks like so we're pretty proud of that again Captain D I N or made me feel go back together many places hire someone to do that we're able to do that in the house give me questions about that I like it good overview AO3 just a bit we are doing a much better job of pushing out that paperwork uploading it Becky's we follow through on that we're doing a better job with advertising your parents and letting parents know if it's not Neal's but if you qualify if reduce driver's education and its dirt reduce school fees potentially free school fees and so our families that would be very beneficial and you know we have a lot of people willing to help them so we can go back to there's a number on last year's rather than a sentence where you at I need to know their financial documents Rod there's a report Ruger PC M we talked about student learning data and I was familiar with schools that actually do an annual assessment report or an annual achievement report and what that does it pulls together all the measurements that School District student learning and that's our business is to learning and so Colin is sitting behind me works together he is our as you know our assessment and our curriculum weed through teacher weed and so he worked really hard this summer of pulling all all of our data together on student learning so we are constituents need to know how we're doing right how are kids are doing this is our business over here for and so the required assessments that we have are listed in this and you will begin to see this every single year so this is the first one he has some comparisons in it he starts out at the beginning explaining with the measurements are so people understand what tests are being measured and how they're being measured and then you can go through this 23-page document and it's got all the PC and measures from the conditions for learning on down this will be something we'll share the link out with community members it is quite comprehensive we also have our school report card with that for the end of the document I'm not going to go through Page by page but again it's another document is brand new 250 cm and I'm super thankful to call him hoping to get this together take me home so we had said we put an update on every single board agenda so we are back at it we are just starting as we had reported before we took the summer break people on vacation we have just started the user groups and so there are three groups that I put in there and Athletics in Fine Arts which is somewhat dated by mistress Lincoln mrs. Souza there's a middle school high school DTE and learning needs are facilitated by another creature that will make me tomorrow and that's facilitated by mrs. He was learning experience I learned that to 11 I will be there at the National Convention resenting and we're seeking approval for the diamond Trail and their advisers become a national Convention October 30th to November 4th this is a great opportunity for our kids menu just great job they are always summer day make some stops and do some field trip ever they were my love Opera that would likely be the November board second request for pick a team get this last year and so they are back at it they are really doing a great job so as you are going to compete babe the next day so they're seeking approval in the Country Inn & Suites the night before so they're there for the competition and they will do fundraising and they will pay for it but it's still our policy that water park policy is not before noon I can bring it by field trip field trip the two years ago we talked about it BevMo in a second Denver to Route 49 Quest for Peace in Cherokee consideration reconsideration consideration was tabled at our last meeting and it was tabled to be brought back this meeting so I did send an email out to all of your recommendations you can see on there all the four people that were willing to serve the word according to policy needs to appoint three members to serve on the committee for a total of eight one person that was on before is not working for the district and so they're no longer on there I said my peace I would say I mean we're not buying anything I mean for your library and Wright City and John is doing and Andy I know it's not like I mean I mean it's up to you guys but if you want a variety Monroe in Prairie City here and I don't think would be loaded with one or the other Free Library backing variety the board's recommendation I mean if you want to give me 19 Library into that one and he's Monroe and then I think you got it reset sitting at Monroe I think so if you have one Monroe ready there's no way you're going to put all three minutes to Liam Payne and then there was something we have a mixed number I need to put the one that's not on not right either you have a minute either I mean I agree with this summer backgrounds there I don't what are you doing are all of them I don't know the answer to that question who has two kids that have gone through the district and then the degrees I guess I'm not familiar with their young Reagan Ryan I guess I would go for Library I'm the one the nominated songs in his library but this isn't a permanent appointment have to be done every year so we doing this again so best cheap Ray City. And I mean and then Monroe Monroe Monroe so either yeah L to work discussion call a Chinese Good Morning song now we need to do open enrollment so I information on the agenda when things are going to roll in the governor a year-and-a-half ago they have set for 90 days that the governor and the legislature obviously and they're encouraging School Board waving the 90 days so the guidance that I sent out to you stated the reasoning and one of them pull up my document is approved you have a scene coming in from a district and their board approves the waiver of 90 days and as a board we have a policy and procedure to approve that then is automatically eligible if they're good I don't have any Behavior they not been suspended so that's kind of the first happy. But they're not running from discipline or a suspension for a Burmese and so we've been blessed PCM install but I'm anticipating we've taken a lot more over there those are we now have it before us and I can tell you what other school districts I talked to Iowa and I talked about it I talked to the superintendent's about it Jeremy's talk to her tell Katie about it what is everybody doing and it's pretty consistent that most school districts are if the students in good standing no Behavior no academic suspension and they are being released from their resident yesterday the school district are coming into is waiving their eligibility and allowing him to participate 95% of the school districts are doing my anticipation is the legislators going to change that route that 90 day rule anyway because they want to encourage parents to take their child I worry that if we don't we'll lose open enrollment because we're going to go to other school participate I worry that we wouldn't be some way I am not to punish is the right word but we'd be punishing a student because if we had family that have chosen to come here that I've been incredibly complimentary things to say they came and looked and we wanted to fully Embrace what we have to offer so we are getting our very first one has been released from Southie and it came in late Friday and I was going to bring home all right so that's where we started from I ask is at the board is and I sent that information out not to individually a proven fact we been legally individually by kid or buy for decide what we're going to wait and what we're not about to have a policy and most school districts the policy is because of confidentiality when should have no Behavior approved gun participate the board president and would sign off on a waiver form there's a specific way before and do every single one is reviewed that way the board is aware and I have to fill out a form and send it by High School so we just haven't had any procedures and given our first one we got to make sure we do it right otherwise we could have a problem with that so my recommendation is to you all email I hate adding on because 343 if you have it lovely you could I get it supervisor written waiver of the eligibility. And number two in good standing in the area of academics and then there's a procedure that is open enrollment laborers will be approved by the superintendent resident School District standing is verified and the board president will find a written statement of the varsity level. Basically what this means make sure there's no academic issues sure there's no behavior issues sometimes and that is not so I will stand our waiver form to Ryan will use DocuSign you can sign off on DocuSign and they could participate the next day at Varsity level. I just can't we have a policy out yet on the monthly with all the principal for my conference even with the principal and buying learned all of the students that are coming in or going out I just want to put in a mug that we know that some really good weed when they're coming in and I didn't know really big selling point for a really good way to walk like everything about the cheek cell I'm back in the city that 1 that's what we have to release we have to release when did they say they're in good shape so if they still haven't that's just at Iowa high school not in school district so that this is for those things that come in and speaking with Jeremy for the 80s brother fighting brother when you're not going to win and I think that's why seriously just can't get rid of it because they're wanting an encouraging open enrollment right they can go at anytime anytime they want to so they should be able to do that without without some sort of negative impact because it was a reason that they chose basketball right right so we're not that would just be really nothing for us to do so my recommendation is as written that if you want to read it again I can if the board of directors of the district residents and the sea Museum board will waive the ineligibility. And the District of residence provides a written waiver of ineligibility of the ineligibility. And transfer student is in good standing in the area of academics and behavior that would be the problem I will make a motion you're really fast we have interview set up for SPI do we have three candidates look really great on paper I've spoken to all of them the 2016 to be the preferred date we have two teams that I have the schedule there does not matter to me members want to be on a team a or to the time her a little bit different we can have up to three or four mm and volunteered 14 schedule look it over we'd really really love to have no more board members participate or whatever I understand it is during the day just send me an email also you recall we have a board policy about a student board representative and because it will start and within the first week they had to elect Belgian government week they were electing homecoming court and then they were electing king and queen and it was homecoming we decided to wait a bit to do our student were representing a bar application process is so that is ready to roll out this week that would be presented at Freddy's our policy to Juniors and seniors they can apply to be disputed for breath they are an on-board voting member we would ask that they come to the meeting the application will be attached and so I would love to have a board member or two or three sit down and review both applications and if we need to set up interview as well but I'm putting that out there if you're interested in doing that I would love to get our signals for draft on board and I that would be through May you please send me an email or let me know after the meeting if you'd be willing to do that I can get some really great leadership opportunities are kids the candidate Forum board member candidate the last election we did it online covid or end of covid go to be face-to-face and have a livestream so we can have some questions I've asked a cup community members and I'm going to ask the students hopefully our city for grab the moderate again I think it's a great opportunity for a sting to moderate that for him and so we have not set a date yet I just know it will be on Monday we board meeting but we will we will be hosting a candidate get rid of recall at meet your candidate or meet the candidates or whatever it is I don't have that all details yet but I just wanted to give you guys a heads up on that that's a work session at the c a r and a forecasting or I didn't know too if it was on the schedule I did put the candidate Forum on that date I just put it out there we don't have to and then I got to the board meeting that will be our annual meeting with a wrap I absolutely do that every year and the last thing I have is r i a c convention November 16th there are some amazing speakers you'd like to attend please let me know we loved Rob's going to hear anyone else would like to go on the 16th there's a pre-conference do from the 16th and under the morning workshops with living on the 17th recognize
